The S600D is a one-of-a-kind 3D printer. Its quick-change toolhead technology allows you to set up and print with the toolhead and nozzles of your choice in a matter of just minutes. For a new print project in a different material, simply change the toolhead.
Additive manufacturing is a versatile asset in industrial production, ideal for maintenance, urgent needs, prototyping, and small series production. The S600D stands out from other machines due to its modularity, allowing you to print filaments, pastes, and liquids using a single machine.
The S600D 3D printer offers the flexibility, durability, and scalability of an open system while providing the ergonomics, efficiency, and power of an industrial-grade solution. This openness sets it apart from its peers, particularly in its ability to add third-party equipment, print new materials, and interface with other software.
Stack lines and liquid dots with precision thanks to an industrial volumetric dispensing pump to 3D print silicone. Robust and easy to clean, the compact design allows the S600D to offer a large build volume of ⌀360mm x 600mm.
Prototyping, maintenance, custom-made orthopedic devices (contact skin approved), silicone 3D printing allows you to manufacture finished parts without any post-processing. With the LIQ11, use a single silicone material cartridge for your tests and small series, then switch to a larger high-capacity cartridge for larger projects.

LIQ21 allows 3D printing of two-part silicones and resins, making it possible to
print with technical and industrial materials. The LIQ21 toolhead‘s advanced
technology guarantees an innovative 3D printing experience.
Silicone (RTV2, LSR) & polyurethane 3D printing.
LIQ21 features a volumetric dispensing pump for high-precision dispensing of
component A & component B. A static mixer is attached to the printhead and
ensures homogeneous mixing. LIQ21 provides unmatched print quality with fine and
precise dispensing.
Easy to clean, precise extrusion start and end points, chemical resistance: there
are no tradeoffs for the user.

Our aim: to design a toolhead that combines freedom with creativity and innovation.
The PAS11 toolhead suits all types of projects, from industrial to research or art.
Print with alumina, cordierite, zircon, porcelain, stoneware, clay, and more, as
printable materials are constantly evolving.
PAS11 sets standards in terms of technical performance and is revolutionizing ceramic 3D printing.
Ceramic 3D printing with paste uses a thick mix of ceramic powder and binder,
extruded layer by layer through a nozzle. After printing, the part is dried,
then heated to remove the binder (debinding) without using harsh chemicals.
Finally, it’s sintered at very high temperatures to fuse the ceramic particles
into a dense, solid part.
It’s ideal for industrial use where heat and wear resistance are critical.

You can now print metal, ceramic and flexible filament
with the new FIL21 direct drive extruder toolhead on the
professionnal 3D printer S600D from Lynxter,
3D printing accurate, fast and easy.
Direct Drive technology is a 3D printing configuration:
the extruder motor is placed directly above the heater block.
The risk of friction and filament clutter is radically reduced.
3D printing is more efficient, more agile and clean.

The S600D can print a wide range of materials using different processes:
filaments (thermoplastics), liquids (silicones), pastes (ceramics) in high
quality.
Our technology is open. We share our 3D printing procedures and propose extensive online documention: our lab is yours. Print in one of our previously selected materials or experiment with new ones.
The S600D 3D printer is constantly evolving with a growing list of new modules that can be added or changed. The S600D evolves as 3D printing progresses: its flexibility and modularity ensure its adaptation to tomorrow’s technologies.
Fitted with a filtration system and a heated enclosure, the S600D 3D printer supports high-temperature printing. With a large print volume of ⌀390mm x 600mm, the S600D offers high-performance print speed while ensuring a quality end product.
The system is agile and practical for all users. With a comprehensive and straightforward integrated web interface, the S600D can be controlled remotely and independently (automatic calibration).
Our professional 3D printer respects the health and safety of the user thanks to a closed and filtered printing environment (HEPA 14 Activated Carbon).
